About Warmrack
Warmrack is a Karachi-based tech company. We build Shopify themes and apps, websites, mobile apps, and custom software, and we market what we build. We also make ready-to-run industry software like SalonOS.
Three services and a product line. Shopify Development: custom themes, apps, and integrations. Software Development: websites, mobile apps, and custom systems. Marketing: Meta and Google ads, social media, content, and WhatsApp marketing. Products: industry software such as SalonOS.
Business owners, Shopify merchants, agencies that need a development partner, and founders building an app or SaaS product. If you need something built or grown online, we're a good fit.
One team builds and markets, so nothing gets lost between a developer and a separate ad agency. You talk to the people doing the work, on WhatsApp if you like. And because we build our own software products, we write code meant to run a real business for years, not just launch day.
We're based in Karachi, Pakistan, and work with clients in Pakistan and internationally. Everything runs remotely: calls on Google Meet or Zoom, updates on WhatsApp or Slack.
Yes. SalonOS is our all-in-one software for salons and spas, and DentistOS for dental clinics is coming soon. See the Products page for details.
How we work
Book a free 30-minute call or message us on WhatsApp. We'll ask about your business and goals, then send a written proposal with scope, timeline, and price. Work starts once you approve it and the first payment is made.
Yes. There's no charge and no obligation. You'll leave the call knowing what we'd build first and why, whether or not you work with us.
We follow four steps. Discover: we confirm requirements and plan the work. Build: we design and develop, with updates every week. Launch: we test everything, go live, and train your team. Grow: we support, measure, and improve.
You get a progress update every week and a shared link to see work in progress. You'll have one point of contact for the whole project, reachable on WhatsApp during working hours.
Clear goals, timely feedback, and access to the accounts we need (Shopify, domain, hosting, ad accounts). Content like logos, product details, and images helps us move faster. If you don't have content ready, we can help create it.
Two rounds of revisions are included at each design and build milestone. Changes that add new features or pages beyond the agreed scope are quoted separately before we do them.
Yes. We're happy to sign an NDA before you share details about your business or product.
Pricing and payments
Every project is quoted individually, because a two-page website and a custom Shopify app are very different pieces of work. Book a free call and you'll get a fixed written quote, usually within 2-3 working days.
Price depends on three things: scope (how many pages, features, or integrations), complexity (custom logic, third-party APIs, data migration), and timeline (rush delivery costs more). The proposal breaks this down so you can see what you're paying for.
Projects like a website, Shopify theme, app, or custom software are paid in three milestones: 40% to start, 40% at the midpoint milestone (usually design approval or first working version), and 20% at launch.
Ongoing work is billed as a monthly retainer. This covers marketing, ongoing development and support plans, dedicated developer time, and recurring audits. The proposal lists exactly what each month includes.
No. Our retainer covers strategy, setup, creatives, and management. Ad spend goes directly from your card to Meta or Google, so you always see exactly where your money goes.
Yes. We'll quote any change in writing before doing it, along with its effect on the timeline. Nothing extra is billed without your approval.
Timelines
Typical ranges after the proposal is approved and content is received. The exact timeline is in your proposal.
It depends on scope. Typical timelines: landing page 1-2 weeks · business website 2-4 weeks · Shopify theme customization 1-3 weeks · custom Shopify theme 4-8 weeks · Shopify app MVP 6-12 weeks · mobile app 8-16 weeks · custom software: scoped during discovery.
Usually within one to two weeks of approval, depending on our current workload. We'll give you a confirmed start date in the proposal.
Often, yes. Rush timelines are possible for most projects and carry an added fee, since we move other work to make room. Ask on your call.
The most common causes are late content, slow feedback, and scope changes mid-project. We'll flag any risk to the deadline as soon as we see it, not at the end.
Shopify Development
Yes. We build Online Store 2.0 themes from scratch in Liquid, with sections and blocks your team can edit in the theme editor without touching code.
Yes. We extend Dawn and most premium themes with new sections, features, and speed fixes, without breaking theme updates where possible.
Yes. We build both public apps for the Shopify App Store and custom apps for a single store, using Shopify's recommended stack (Remix, Polaris, App Bridge). We can take an app from idea to MVP to App Store listing.
Yes, within Shopify's rules. We use Checkout UI extensions and Shopify Functions for custom discounts, delivery options, and payment logic. Some checkout features need a Shopify Plus plan; we'll tell you upfront.
Yes. We integrate Shopify with ERPs, inventory and courier systems, CRMs, and custom backends using the Admin and Storefront APIs and webhooks. We also build headless storefronts with Hydrogen.
Yes. Agencies can bring us in for theme and app work under their own brand. We're comfortable working in your process, tools, and Git workflow.
Software Development
Business websites and landing pages, iOS and Android apps, and custom systems such as dashboards, CRMs, booking platforms, and internal tools.
We pick the stack that fits the job and will be easy to maintain. Common choices: Next.js and React for web, React Native or Flutter for mobile, Node.js for backends, and PostgreSQL for data.
Yes. Every build includes UI/UX design. You approve the designs before development starts, so there are no surprises.
Yes. We start with a code review to understand what's there, then tell you honestly whether to fix it or rebuild part of it, with a quote for each option.
Marketing
Meta ads (Facebook and Instagram), Google ads and SEO, social media management, content and ad creatives, and WhatsApp marketing.
Ads usually generate first data within 1-2 weeks of launch. Expect 4-8 weeks of testing and optimization before results stabilize. SEO takes longer, typically 3-6 months. We don't promise specific numbers before we've seen your data.
You get a monthly report covering spend, sales or leads, cost per result, and what we're changing next month. You keep full access to your ad accounts at all times.
Marketing retainers run month to month after an initial setup period. We recommend at least three months, since campaigns need time to test and improve.
Support and ownership
You do. Once the final payment is made, you own the code, designs, and content we create for your project.
Every project includes 30 days of free support after launch for bug fixes on what we built. After that, you can choose a monthly support plan or pay per request.
A bug is something we built that doesn't work as agreed in the proposal. We fix those free for 30 days. New features, design changes, and content updates are new requests, quoted separately or covered by a support plan.
Yes. Your Shopify store, domain, hosting, app listings, and ad accounts are set up in your name. We work through collaborator or staff access, so you stay in control.
We set up hosting in your name on reliable platforms like Vercel or AWS. Ongoing updates, monitoring, and backups are available as a monthly support plan.
