Who we are
Warmrack is a digital company based in Karachi, Pakistan. For anything about this policy or your information, email support@warmrack.com.
What we collect
- What you type into our forms: your name, WhatsApp number, email, business or clinic name, city, number of branches, budget range, what you're interested in, and your message.
- Messages you send us on WhatsApp or by email.
- Basic usage data, such as pages visited and the device and browser used, collected through analytics cookies.
- Technical data, such as your IP address, which our hosting provider processes to deliver the site and block abuse.
How we use it
We don't sell your information.
- To reply to your enquiry, book demos, and send quotes you asked for.
- To tell you when a product you joined the waitlist for is ready.
- To understand which pages are useful and improve the site and our ads.
- To keep the site secure and filter out spam.
Who we share it with
We use a few service providers to run the site. They process data on our behalf and only for these purposes:
- Cloudflare, which hosts the site and protects it from abuse.
- Resend, which delivers form submissions to our inbox.
- Google Analytics, which measures how the site is used.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram), which measures our ads, and WhatsApp, when you message us there.
Cookies
Analytics and advertising cookies help us measure visits and ad performance. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site still works without them.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and to keep normal business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email support@warmrack.com and we'll reply within one working day.
Where your data is processed
Our service providers may process data outside Pakistan. We choose providers that protect it with industry-standard security.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
